Savor the River Valley Board
President - Jay Miller founded RedBarn Catering on the principle that the best meals are made from scratch & locally sourced. He has a passion for all things culinary & specializes in regional cuisines from around the world. His genuine joy for his work is evident in each meal he prepares.
Vice President - Alyssa Janco (Janco) is the former owner of Nectar Bakery and current head organizer of "A Place at the Table: Community Thanksgiving Dinner." As a dedicated community member, she is excited to help increase visibility and access to good food in the greater Spring Green area.
Recorder - Kyle Adams has worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years. She is the former sandwich mistress of Wander Provisions and loves promoting sustainable and localized food pathways of the Driftless Region.
Board Member - Erin Crooks Lynch, Savanna Institute’s Campus Engagement Manager, oversees the care of Elderflower Retreat-a community gathering and private rental space, and leads efforts at Savanna’s Spring Green Campus including tours, events and outreach. Erin previously co-owned and operated Enos Farms, a farm-to-table and zero-waste catering business and pastured pork farm. She loves being a part of the Savor Community and looking for thoughtful ways to collaborate that benefit all.
Board Member - Hannah Gunter is the cafe manager at Arcadia Books. With over twelve years of experience in the hospitality industry, you can find her filling the bakery case and cooler with local ingredients, as well as using them to curate specialty coffees and teas!
Board Member - Amy Helm believes a fair food system helps our community thrive. It keeps grocery costs manageable, brings fresh food close to home, and gives local farmers the support they need to grow. At River Valley Market, we know that community is the heart of everything.

River Valley Commons provides fiscal sponsorship, project management assistance, and other consulting to Savor the River Valley and other community-oriented projects in our area.
